Max can be rehomed with children 15+ and possibly other dogs, but no cats or small animals

Max came into our care as a stray and really struggled to begin with, he was shut down and very nervous. It took the staff a little time to win him round, but once they had they started to see glimmers of this boys real personality

Max is a young and friendly boy who loves to run and chase, and boy is he fast on those long legs! He still has his moments where he is uncertain of strangers but is growing in confidence by the day

Max is looking for a home where he will have a big back garden to run in as he likely couldn’t be let off leash in the big wide world due to his very high prey drive (one of our farm cats was very luckily just a bit faster than him when they encountered each other on our field!). And somewhere someone will be around a lot of the time, particularly in the early days to help him settle into his new home. He is a playful, friendly and affectionate boy who will bring smiles to the faces of his new family every single day
