Zizzi could live with children over the age of 13, she will require outdoor access when settled.

Zizzi is a sassy girl who loves a bit of fuss, but it’s very much on her terms!

It took Zizzi a little while to get used to the shelter environment, for a while she spent a lot of time hiding and letting us know she’s not happy when our staff would go in to see her. She’s been a much happier girl more recently since we’ve moved her to a quieter part of the shelter, and she comes up to us for fuss. She likes to ask for attention, but she won’t be shy to let you know when she’s had enough!

Her previous owner said she loved a cuddle and a fuss, wasn’t too keen on being picked up or sitting on laps but would come over for attention and strokes. Zizzi likes to go outside when the weather is nice, but she was known to spend majority of the time indoors.

Zizzi would suit a home that has patient and understanding new owners as it is clear she is a little afraid of change and needs time to come out of shell. She loves playtime, so this could be a good way for her new owners to bond with her and get some much-needed exercise in! Her new owners will also need to continue her diet to help her become a healthier, and hopefully happier girl.
