Annabelle could live with children 16+ but will need to be the only animal in the home.

Annabelle arrived into our care as a stray after being found tied to a tree. She can be quite a nervous girl, understandably, but has started to get braver by the day during her time here with us.

Annabelle has recently enjoyed a stay in a wonderful foster home where she did amazing. She was sweet and loving, well behaved and was quickly learning how to settle and picking up toilet training. Sadly, Annabelle decided she would rather not live with another dog and would quite like a family she did not have to share so had to come back into our care. Her foster family had fallen in love with Annabelle and know she will make her next family the most loving, brilliant companion.

Annabelle would thrive with a family who are understanding and mindful that she may need a little extra support to help build her confidence as she learns to feel a little more secure in, what at the moment is, a big scary world.

Once Annabelle has found her confidence, she is the most fun, affectionate and playful girl.

Annabelle will be looking for a home who can offer her a quiet period of time to settle in, without many visitors so she can learn to feel safe in her new environment and owners who ideally have experience with anxious dogs.
